Description of Works
- This project delivered a continuous foreshore promenade around the Glebe Peninsula extending over 2.2km and included the construction of a manmade beach and mangrove colony on the Rozelle Bay including the rehabilatation of the Bicentennial Park and the Blackwattle Bay Park extending through Glebe Point on to Blackwattle Bay.
- The project was seen as a resounding success by all the stakeholders and was awarded the CCF NSW Earth first prize for 2007 in the category for projects between $5 and $20 million
