Description of Works

• The project involved the entire rehabilitation of the old Navy Stores Depot at Randwick on behalf of the Department of Defence as parts of its assets resale programme, The contract was let as a full design and construct package carried out in full by Ford Civil and its civil and hydraulic designers Patterson Britton.with a significant involvement by Randwick Council as the construction certifiers.

• The project was seen as a huge success in terms of the flexibilty of the design  and the proactive approach by the management team, designers Fitzwalter Group and the council in delivering the project on time and within budget.
