Description of Works

• The works included demolition of structures  immediately adjoining a heritage listed church and an old manse which also required delicate underpinning to enable a 10,000 m3 bulk excavtion in rock to be undertaken.  

• Shoring to boundaries including piling, anchoring and shotcrete was also installed. All these activities were carried out  in a sensitive heavily built up  residential area.
