Description of Works

• The works required excavation and removal of potentially asbestos contaminated spoil from a site being a previous tip with uncontrolled filling.

• Shoring was necessary to all boundaries consisting of anchored soldier piles with intermediate shocrete or precast panels.

• Finally, after piling works detailed excavation and slab preparation was carried out .
