DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Ford Civil are one of the major nominated contractors under the Liverpool City Council’s Recognised Contractor Listing (RCL) under RCL2828. This contractor listing or panel aims to provide asbestos removal, site remediation and demolition services for the Liverpool City Council and aims to cover the removal of illegally dumped waste, site contamination remediation and also the demolition of redundant buildings and structures.
A typical project under the RCL2828 can consist of the removal of illegally dumped waste such as removal of asbestos contaminated demolition waste and contaminated soils, site remediation services, including excavation and removal of contaminated soils, site containment or treatment of contaminated soils (i.e. screening of soils, staged removal of ACM or site cap and containment). Additionally, the panel also incorporates the demolition and hazmat removal of redundant buildings and structures and to conduct proper disposal of waste in licensed landfills and recycling facilities.
