DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
FCC is actively managing the Martin Place Metro Public Domain Works (MPMPD) project, secured through a Lendlease award. Situated in close proximity to the George Street North Pedestrianisation works and the recently initiated Castlereagh Street site, FCC demonstrates its commitment to delivering complex projects in strategic locations. In the construction phase, the Martin Place Metro Public Domain Upgrade aims to revitalise the area into a dynamic transportation metro precinct. This transformation envisions a versatile space, combining commercial office areas, contemporary retail outlets, and civic spaces for future use.

  • • Mill & Re-sheet of Existing Traffic Lanes: Upgrade of existing traffic lanes through milling and re-sheeting.

  • • Stormwater and Hydraulic Services: Implementing infrastructure for effective stormwater management and hydraulic services, addressing drainage and water-related needs.
